Frequently asked questions

What does training look like?

You start with three weeks of in-person training with a mentor. It’s a crash course in commercial real estate and investment sales, with a strong focus on prospecting, sales conversations, and relationship building.

What sales skills will I develop?

The program focuses on opening conversations, asking effective questions, handling objections, and following up. You’ll learn how to understand an owner’s goals and turn a first conversation into a business relationship.

Will I be making a lot of calls?

Yes. Outbound prospecting and follow-up calls are a major part of this role. You need to be ready to pick up the phone consistently, hear “no,” and keep improving. Training and mentorship focus on helping you become effective in those conversations.

How does the paid starting period work?

The role includes paid compensation for the first three months, followed by commission-based compensation. The initial in-person training program lasts three weeks.

Do I need a real estate license to apply?

A license is not required to apply. As you progress through training and meet program expectations, you work toward licensing. Timing and costs are discussed during hiring.
